What if
I need to return my order?
Orders placed in December for Christmas gifts can be returned for exchange or refund if your request for return authorization is made by January, 10, 2009. Our return authorization policy for the other eleven months of the year are the following: We offer a 15 day unconditional money back guarantee. If within 15 days of receipt of your order you are not satisfied for any reason, request a returned merchandise authorization number via email. Then return your order in its original condition via insured Parcel Post or UPS. Your purchase cost will be refunded except for shipping costs incurred. If order is not received within 10 days of request to return it will be refused.
What if
you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be backordered automatically
(domestic orders only). For international orders we will e-mail you the
missing items to confirm the balance of your order.
